Your eating plan to lose belly fat
- Eat fruits and vegetables. Find out more about the five colors of healthy eating.

- Drink water without gas; Do not drink any soda, and prefer water without gas over water with gas
- Eat whole grain bread instead of white bread
- Eat whole wheat pasta instead of white pasta
- Eat a lot in the morning, normal for lunch and a little for dinner
- Reduce sweets as much as possible. And when you eat sweeties, do eat them during the day and not in the evening
Carbohydrates
Probably you will lose belly fat when you reduce carbohydrates during the day.
- Take in the morning eggs, fruits and some yoghurt
- Take for lunch a salad and meat
- Take in the evening a soup and sometimes some bread or pasta
Do it for one month. Most probably you will lose quite a lot of belly fat and get a flat stomach!
Enjoy Sweeties
If you have the urge to take a sweetie or if you want to eat a cake after many days without sweeties, then do it! It will make you happy and is much more important than a bad conscience.
A light snack between meals?
Take almonds, they are very beneficial.
