Healthy eating means taking smart choices:
- Take time to chew your food: Chew your food slowly, savoring every bite. Taste the flavors and enjoy eating.
- Avoid stress while eating. Eat and do no other things in parallel. Do not work, read newspapers or watch TV when eating.
- Listen to your body: Stop eating when you feel full. It actually takes a few minutes for your brain to tell your body that it has had enough food. So, when you take time to chew your food slowly you will also feel full better.
