Flat Stomach Exercise: Oblique Rotation

Oblique Rotation - yet another good exercise to help flatten your stomach.

1. Begin by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands behind your neck.

2. Slowly raise yourself up while pressing your lower back to the floor.

3. Turn your head with your hands facing right, making sure to keep your lower back on the floor.

4. Turn more to the right as shown on this picture.

5. Then turn slowly back and to the left side.

6. After you have done the left side, turn back to the middle and rest. Repeat several times
