Flat Stomach Exercise: Leg Flutters

Tone your abdominal muscles

It's important to strengthen your back while toning your abdominal muscles. This will reduce the flab in your love handle area.

1. Lie on your stomach while slightly lifting your head. Hold your arms straight alongside your body.

2. Lift your feet and knees off the floor while rapidly fluttering your legs back and forth, as if you were swimming.

Do this exercise for 20 seconds, break for 30 seconds and repeat for 2-5 reps.
