Flat Stomach Exercise: Basic Crunch
Let's start the flat stomach party with our first exercise to flatten your stomach.
1. Lie down on your back and place your hands across your chest. Your knees should be bent, and your back should lie flat on the floor.

2. Next, slowly raise your upper body using your abdominal muscles, and at the same time press your lower back on the floor.

3. Finally, slowly move back to the initial position.
